Our R&D team have over 30 years experience in the housing and manufacturing industry. Our product has been engineered as a unique kit form modular building system that does not require large trucks, cranes and machinery for installation. Our product is fast to build as all components have been pre-fabricated in our manufacturing warehouse in south west Sydney. We have the logistics capability to supply our product along the east coast of NSW and South East Queensland.
Moduliving units are becoming a popular way for homeowners and investors to maximize return on their investment with minimal capital cost. The NSW Government legislation for affordable housing allows homeowners and investors to build granny flats under 60sqm as complying development without having to undertake the long and expensive council development application process.
