  • Submit your selection and register your interest as per the online form.
  • Our experts will do a desktop review of your property's eligibility and will call you to discuss.

DESIGN COMPLIANCE PHASE

Once we determine you can have a compliant granny flat, we move onto the design compliance phase which consists of the following:

  • Client to send Section 149 certificate (available from your local council)
  • Site Survey by Moduliving surveyors
  • Appointment of PCA (Private Certifier for complying development certificate)
  • Preparation of architectural documentation by Moduliving architects
  • Client approval of final position and orientation of granny flat
  • Lodgement to the PCA for approval

Cost: $6,000 + GST

SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION PHASE

On approval of the granny flat by the PCA we will contact you in regards to the supply and install of your new granny flat to determine a timeframe.

Our payment schedule is as follows:

  • 25% payment to start product manufacturing and secure your granny flat module.
  • 50% prior to delivery
  • 25% at lock up (handover)

On a $50,000. +GST module, the payment schedule would be:

  • $12,500 payment to start product manufacturing and secure your granny flat module.
  • $24,500 payment prior to delivery
  • $12,500 payment at lock up (handover)

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO TO COMPLETE YOUR GRANNY FLAT

  • Customise your own DIY kitchen
  • Customise your own DIY bathroom
  • Connect services such as sewer, water & electricity
  • Install light fittings, fans and power points. (and AC if it is applicable)
  • Customise your own choice of flooring
